擁有 20 年美育文創推廣及成功融入理念於商界運營經驗。沉澱出以美滋養日常的幸福生活哲學，以「愛生愛 美生美」 為理念，把美育及創意融入旗下品牌創作及企業文化，普及生活美學。

 

她以生活美學創意策展人、企業家、美的漣漪人、作家的身份，透過品牌企劃、美學創意策劃、出版、著作、公益活動等， 「尋覓美 分享美 連結美」 ，傳播 「愛 美 善 」 ，獲 「香港藝術館」 HKMOA 選為十二位代表性的 「生活家」 之一，邀請拍攝 「策聽 —— 生活家說系列：萬物皆可入畫」 ； 並曾獲提名 《亞洲週刊》 第八屆全球傑出青年領袖選舉。

 

創立 6 個本地生活風格餐飲品牌及生活美學工作室；創刊香港第一本生活美學刊物 《Ripple…漣漪》 ，成功融合商業、美學文化、生活藝術。以 「美的漣漪人」 角色，在本地及海外策劃及主理 「漣漪沙龍」 及 「生活美學工作坊」 ； 曾參予大學及貿發局等評判；舉辦個人生活美學展；積極參予慈善：如為傷健人士及為專上學院創作慈善禮盒等。以多元方式投入生活藝術、文創推廣，藉以普及生活美學，成為 「愛 美 喜悅的漣漪」 。

Shadow dedicates her entire life to bring out the best in all of us to lovingly bless our beautiful community with her aesthetic gourmet brand Smile Yogurt, bringing Millions of Reasons to Smile Everyday & Everywhere since 2010.

 

After her successful books “Good Day Everyday 日日是好日” and “The Culinary Scenes of a Life Aesthete 生活美學家的料理風景”, she has launched Hong Kong’s first “Ripple… Aesthetic Journal 漣漪生活美學手帖” to accelerate the positive momentum of this timely & timeless movement of seeking and sharing all things beautiful!    

 

Nominated by Asiaweek as a Global Outstanding Youth Entrepreneur, Shadow passionately immerses herself into all aspects of the purpose-driven movement like participates in charity projects and presents her vision of oriental beauty through contributing as a curator for the Hong Kong Museum of Art's “Curated Listening: Voices of Lifestyle Creators – Everything Is a Canvas 策聽：生活家說 – 萬物皆可入畫”, her solo exhibition “In Praise of Beauty 美的尋覓”, and explores creative ventures such as creating the tea collection “Tea Poetry 茶詩”. Her passions as well extend to Flamenco dancing, global travel… celebrating life’s beauty in all its forms.

 

Leading by example as a “Rippler” of bliss, love, and beauty, Shadow embodies the spirit of her movement, inspiring others to live with purpose and grace.
